Terms governing the sale of click4all and of the training services described on this website
By submitting the completed order form through the online service, mail, or fax, the customer sends to ASPHI Foundation (hereinafter ASPHI) a commitment to purchase the product or products selected.
The customer will pay using the method chosen or agreed upon purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer, acceptance of purchase by ASPHI will be conditional upon the receipt of the corresponding amount.
ASPHI will then entrust the goods for delivery to the address required by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n.185 and subsequent amendments, concerning the protection of customers in respect of distance contracts, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal. This right is the possibility, exclusively in favor of the consumer (so-called End User), to withdraw from purchasing unconditionally without having to provide ASPHI any explanation. The right of withdrawal applies only to individuals acting for purposes not related to their professional activities. Therefore, according to article n. 2 – Letter A of Legislative Decree no. 50/92 organizations and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the goods, the withdrawal form or written notice of comparable content, duly completed and signed by handwritten signature, via one of the following ways:

- fax number 0039 051224116
The consumer is required to return, at their expenses, the products (in their package) they may have already been received, without alteration and / or manipulation which are not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and / or the functionality of the products. The right of withdrawal is lost if the integrity of the product or of its package is altered or in case ASPHI ascertains the use, even partial, of the product delivered. After the return, ASPHI will take the necessary steps and check all what is related to the terms and conditions above mentioned. If the result is successfully concluded, ASPHI will proceed to the reimbursement of the value of the goods as shown in the invoice within 30 working days from the receipt of the goods.
Shipping costs will not be included in the reimbursement. This is in accordance with article n. 5, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.
Hidden defects – Warranty
The products are warranted by Italian law. The customer has the encumbrance to notify hidden defects, if any. If the faulty is real and acknowledged, ASPHI will take all the steps provided by applicable law regarding the protection of the consumer.
All personal information requested during the management of the order are collected and all data will be processed using informatics media or paper, in accordance with the law and in order to comply with tax regulations and accounting obligations. They will not be, under any circumstances and in any way, transmitted or sold to other entities that are not closely related to the single act of sale (i.e. couriers and banks). The customer can exercise their rights according to article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, within the limits of legal requirements of ASPHI.
Changes in the terms of sale
Asphi reserves its right to amend the terms of sale without notice. Any new conditions will be in place from the moment they are published on its website and will be applied to sales made after the time of publication. The buyer is therefore invited to consult ASPHI website at any purchase to as to verify:
- the current sales conditions
- the availability of the article or articles selected
- the sale price of the article or articles selected.
